Burlington June 2018 Market Update

Burlington has seen a decrease in average price of home sales in the month of June compared to last year, the prices has dropped by 4.7%.

Freehold properties which include Detached, semi-detached and Townhouses have seen the following activies in the month of  June 2018 compared to June 2017

There were a decrease in listing in 2018 compared to 2017 by 39.2%

Burlington has also seen a decrease in Sales in 2018 v.s 2018 by 9%

Condo market that includes both apartments and Townhouses has also seen a decrease in Listings by 17% and a decrease in Sales by 30.6% in 2018 compared to 2017.

There is enough supply to cover demand we had 2.4 Months of inventory.
