Market Update – July 2018
Oakville has seen an increase in median price of home sales in the month of July compared to last year, the prices has increased by 5.9%.
The total number of new listing was 330 lower than 2017 by 1.8%, however we had an increase in sales 204 sold which is more by 32.5% than July 2017.
