We are seeing a decrease in the number of listing in the month of May by 11.7%.
However we had higher sales activity in the month of May 2019 compared to last year by 3.8%
The real estate market is balanced market with 2.9 months of inventory. We are seeing multiple offers for property that are priced well and show well too.
