Market Update – January 2019
We are seeing lower number of listing in the month of January was 391 compared to last year 394 listing in the same month.
We also had lower sales activity in the month of January compared to last year only 104 homes sold compared to January 2018 we had 109 homes sold.
The real estate market is balanced market with 3.8 months of inventory. The demand is higher for homes less than 700,000.
Median Price of Oakville homes have increased by 11.7% compared to January 2018.
