Burlington has seen an increase by 7% in Average price of home sales in the month of October compared to last year
We had lower sales activity in the month of October compared to last year 267 homes sold compared to October 2017 we had 286 homes sold.
The sales-to-new-listings ratio, which can point to whether a market is in favour of sellers (above 60 per cent) or buyers (below 40 per cent) was 64.9 per cent. This is higher than last month and on the cusp of returning to a seller’s market.
