Market Update – May 2019
Burlington has seen a decrease by 5% in Average price of home sales in the month of May compared to last year.
We have also seen a decrease in sales activity in the month of May 337 sold compared to last year 341 homes sold.
We had 1.7 month of inventory which shows that we have a tight inventory and it is seller’s market. We are seeing multiple offers in homes that show well and priced well too.
