Market Update – March 2019

Burlington has seen an increase by 0.11% in Average price of home sales in the month of March compared to last year.

We have seen an increase in sales activity in the month of March 258 sold compared to last year 240 homes sold.

We had 1.9 month of inventory which shows that we have a tight inventory and it is seller’s market. We are seeing multiple offers in homes that show well and priced well too.
