Burlington has seen an increase by 4% in Average price of home sales in the month of January compared to last year.
We have seen an increase in sales activity in the month of January 143 sold compared to last year 138 homes sold.
We had 2.6 month of inventory which shows that it was still sellers’ market. We are seeing multiple offers in homes less than 650k.
