Market Update – December 2018

Burlington has seen an increase by 6% in Average price of home sales in the month of December compared to last year.

We had lower sales activity in the month of December compared to last year 116 homes sold compared to December 2017 we had 159 homes sold.

We had 2.6 month of inventory which shows that it was still sellers’ market.
